Unbelievable. The Department of Justice just filed a motion with the court asking for an extension of deadline AFTER the deadline passed. It also thought I might want to sign a stipulation agreeing to this extension that it has already taken. Thankfully though, DOJ did tell the court that it wasn’t me that missed the deadline, and that I was the one who actually wanted to comply.

To top it off, I have four days to reply to this motion, which pertains to a deadline already in arrears.
