On the Teresa Chambers post, turns out it wasn’t that kind of medical exam.  There were no rubber gloves — just psychological evaluations ordered for Teresa Chambers’ two subordinates.  Here’s her affidavit of what happened:

I have to take back any notion that the court was correct in accepting the arguments of the agency.  If Teresa Chambers did not deliver the orders –as alleged by the agency – then how is it that one deputy took steps to complete the testing, and another filed an EEO complaint? 

It would — in my naive view — be very difficult to file an EEO complaint over an order that hasn’t been delivered.
